‘Friday the 13th Part 2′ Release Date
Warner Bros. have announced that they will release Friday the 13th Part 2 in theaters on August 13, 2010. This years’ Friday the 13th remake (review) did great at the box office, so a sequel was inevitable. The date was around the time Halloween 3D was scheduled to hit the big screen before being postponed, but thankfully Jason Voorhees’ return will be less rushed. Damian Shannon and Mark Swift, who wrote the reboot along with Freddy vs Jason, are reportedly back as scribes.
