The film pits government-created clones of two of the most infamous serial killers of all time, Jeffrey Dahmer and John Wayne Gacy, against each other and the world. The film, directed by Ford Austin, features an eclectic cast Harland Williams (Freddy Got Fingered), Art LaFleur (The Sandlot), Ethan Phillips (Star Trek: Voyager), Felissa Rose (Sleepaway Camp), Irwin Keyes (House of 1000 Corpses), Alana Curry (2001 Maniacs: Field of Screams), Jerry Maren (The Wizard of Oz), and Steven Adler (Guns n’ Roses). It looks so absurd that it just might work.
